The R1800 is a wide format printer that has 2 rather than a single waste ink tube but helpfully the folks at InkRepublic put this video up on how to install it..

There's no sound but it's pretty simple to follow
Video #1 (Inkrepublic)

Video #2 (InkjetFly)

This approach should also cover the R2400 and similar wide bodied units as well.

Picture instructions are available here:
http://www.inkrepublic.com/KnowledgeBase/R2400WasteInk.asp

EDIT: Updated to correct link errors

Found a picture guide here:
http://www.efillink.com/Support/HowToWasteInkDrainR1800.html

... This helps fill in some of the blanks that the inkrepublic video left out.

EDIT: This guide has suffered from some corrupted images so this is out as well...

A new link to the Ink Republic guide is now available in the first post.

Another resource for the Epson R1800 provided by PDG - Piedmont Digital Graphics.

(Edit: This link has been down for the past 2 months now and is unlikely to return)

This approach suggests the use of check valves to avoid back flow although this shouldn't be necessary unless you've ignored the golden rule about positioning the waste bag/tank and tubing to be as low as possible (ie: to avoid gravity pushing ink back to the pump)
