First you need to open up the right side of the printer (side nearest where the print head rests). I won't go into how you do this in details but basically there are 3 clips/retaining lugs on the outside and 2 on the inside of the case. Be careful not to break them and use a flashlight and mirror to spot where the internal ones are.

Once you've got it open, carefully locate the waste tube and tease it out gently using a pair of tweezers. (The tube is clear and green striped and should be found easily within the printer near "A"). If you're a bit of a clutz, I recommend you use a glue gun to glue the tube into the retaining clip shown as "B". This should stop you disconnecting the tube from the pump which would be very bad!
